Australian stage and screen favourite Ian Stenlake will star as Smoky Dawson in Smoky and Herb.

GLENN T - Playwright / Director
With over thirty years professional experience in the entertainment industry, Glenn is an accomplished character actor and set designer, a published writer, and between 1998 and 2003 become one of Australia’s most popular on-screen television renovators.
In 1992 to 1995 Glenn spent much of his time living between Sydney and the United States. He appeared for ten years in the annual Christmas Pantomime at the Sydney Opera House, including principal roles in Treasure Island (1996) and Robin Hood (1997). His character portrayal of Freddy Fudpucker became a “must do” at Sydney’s Argyle Tavern Theatre Restaurant in the early – mid '90s.
In 2003 Glenn formed Leader Entertainment P/L and staged the highly acclaimed production of the Broadway hit, Leader of the Pack – The Ellie Greenwich Musical. He co-produced and designed the show having completed extensive re-writes of the script to make it more appealing to an Australian audience. “Leader” played a twice-extended season at the Star City Showroom in Sydney before moving to the new Palms at Crown Showroom in Melbourne.
Glenn and co-Producer Lance Smith created and staged the 2CH Carols in the Caves concert series and for some 12 years they staged musical theatre productions, tribute concerts, charity performances and special events in Jenolan Caves and around Australia.
Glenn was, for five years, one of the regular on-camera design team on the Nine Network’s Changing Rooms and the Renovation Rescue Series and the short-lived Reno Rumble. In his capacity as National Ambassador for Variety, the Children’s Charity, Glenn fronted regular live crosses to The TODAY Show and in 2006 produced and hosted a one hour documentary on the story of Variety entitled TODAY on the Variety Bash. Glenn has worked behind the television cameras on such shows as Sons and Daughters, A Country Practice, Sounds and The Mike Walsh Show. AS well as literally dozens of TV Commercials over the years, he spent 3 years as Art Director of Home and Away and was Production Designer for the Network Ten drama, Breakers (1996-1998): Playing it Straight (2004/05) for Fox Television and the Seven Network and for three series of Camp Orange for the Nickelodeon Channel.
Since relocating to Queensland in 2011, Glenn has headed the Costume Art team for the US mega TV series Terra Nova, the Channel 10 dramas Reef Doctors and Mako: Island of Secrets (season 1) and most recently worked within the Costume Art teams on the Feature films, San Andreas and Pirates of the Caribbean 5. Glenn was Art Director for the feature film Absolute Deception (2012) staring Cuba Gooding Jr. and in 2014 was an Assistant Producer on season two of Mako: Island of Secrets for Jonathan M. Shiff Productions and Network 10.

KATHERINE CONNOR - Producer
Katherine has worked in various areas of the arts and entertainment industries, including venue management, theatre production and event management. As well as being the Director/Principal at Theatre One Productions and Theatre One Management Services, Katherine is an Associate Producer at Leader Entertainment P/L.
Katherine was a Director at the Pegasus Group of Companies for 12 years where she was the senior consultant for Pegasus Performing Arts Consultants and the Special Projects Director responsible for business development and the operational roll out of new venue management contracts.
She was also on the management board of City Recital Hall Angel Place and the Hills Cooperative Limited, was a Director of Theatre Services for seven years and now also manages Special Projects for the Australian Performing Arts Centres Association (APACA).
Her producing works have included Leader of the Pack: The Ellie Greenwich Musical (Sydney and Melbourne seasons), Smoky Dawson: A Life Remembered (2008), An Audience with Smoky & Herb (development) and the Hills for Hope Benefit Concert among others.
Other current projects include Connected - a musical by the award-winning writer/composer Craig Christie about the collision of the real and online lives of four teenagers trying to survive in their social media driven worlds.

WES TAYLOR - Musical Director
Wes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music & Jazz Guitar and a Certificate III in Live Production and Theatre Events. He has composed and produced soundtracks for theme park installations at Underwater World and Dreamworld and the ABC documentary Dreamscapes. Most recently Wes created the soundscape The Curse of Skeleton Cove for the Seef Mall in Bahrain, for Sanderson International.
In 2013, Wes co-produced and engineered the live show backing tracks and souvenir CD for the tourist attraction, the Heartland Theatre, Longreach, the Year of the Outback theme song CD (2002) as well as numerous Queensland Arts Council CDs and DVD soundtracks.
As a performer, he has played alongside such artists as Troy Casser-Dayley, Tania Kernaghan, Tommy Emmanuel, James Morrison, Kate Ceberano, Marina Prior, James Blundell and the late Tommy Tycho.
